I made and ate some of the “Beautifully Colored Chicken Bake” (all organic) last night for my dinner of day #1 of the 1st week of phase 2 (Post Fresh Start Cleanse week) and it was quite yummy! My body is loving the extra protein this week and I feel more energy. I lost 1 lbs last week and I already was 1 lbs too light, so I’m hoping to gain those 2 lbs back soon, also with some more exercise.
